This time on Ashlee, she is heading to New York to ring in the New Year with Ryan and some of her girlfriends at MTV’s Iced Out Party. Plus she heads to Miami to perform at the Orange Bowl.

This time on Ashlee, Ashlee is headed to New York for New Year’s Eve, and then to the Orange Bowl. While in New York Ashlee and Ryan are looking at some of the tabloid articles. Later, Ashlee and some of her girlfriends go shopping. After shopping, Ashlee and her friends go to do their hair and makeup. Ashlee tells us she is going to the MTV New Year’s party. While Ashlee and her girlfriends are being driven to the New Year’s party, one of Ashlee’s friends is confused because she doesn’t exactly know what happens in Times Square every New Year’s Eve. The driver explains to them that the ball drops. Ashlee makes her way to MTV’s Iced Out Party, and tells us Ryan is one of the special guests on the show. Back in Ryan’s dressing room, Ryan and Ashlee ring in the New Year with a kiss. After that, Ashlee receives an e-mail from her mom that tells her, for the Orange Bowl performance, she has to change some of the lyrics to her song “La La”.

Ashlee flies out to Miami Beach with Ryan. When they get there, Ashlee heads out the stadium to rehearse her song. Ashlee says it is a bit overwhelming to see all the dancers, and all the choreography going on. The next day, Ashlee heads to perform at the Beach Bash. When she arrives she meets some of her fans, takes a few pictures, and holds a press conference. When she goes on to perform that night, she does a great job, and Ryan surprises her by coming up on stage. After the show, Ashlee has a police escort take them from the Beach Bash to the Orange Bowl rehearsal. Ryan gets so excited because the cops are running red lights and everything, to get Ashlee to the stadium. Ashlee tells us she is frustrated because she only had a few days to learn the new lyrics to “La La”. During rehearsal Ashlee tells us that she wasn’t feeling good about her ear feeds. During the first rehearsal Ashlee forgot the new lyrics and when she is leaving, she is told that she has to go out and sing the song again to show she can remember and sing the right lyrics. Ashlee says she was all around a little scared and nervous. The next day when Ashlee heads to the stadium again, this time for the live performance, Jessica tells her at the stadium to do her best, and not care if the original words to her song come out instead of the words they changed. Moments before Ashlee’s performance, her ear feed is only static.
