As we say goodbye to another season of The Ashlee Simpson Show, Ashlee is in rehearsal and preparing for her sold out tour.

Ashlee is at the sound stage rehearing for the next two weeks to prepare for her tour. Ashlee says she is able to cover some songs on her tour, like two of her favorites by Blondie and The Pretenders. Ashlee then also makes some changes to her La La song, to make it a little slower. Ashlee later tells us she is having trouble with her in ear, and says she is adjusting to learn how to use two in ears. Steph then shows Ashlee a website that one of her fans did which includes letters from her fans saying that they are all behind and support her. Ashlee’s dad then comes by to watch Ashlee’s rehearsal and gives the band a little speech to let them now just how important this tour is to Ashlee’s career.

Ashlee then has a full dress rehearsal, and she is able to see her stage and her whole set up. Ashlee tells us she knows what she wants and has been much more assertive lately. She also tells us that it is hard some times to get the mixes right, and to get her in ears all figured out. Later she tells us it has been a long day, really stressful but she feels good about the tour. Back home she is having some breakfast and is getting ready to head to her first tour venue. Steph lets Ashlee know how her whole day will play out and she is then able to see her tour bus. Ashlee is then told out that all her dates and venues are sold out for her tour. She then says that she doubts the venue will be full because it is raining. There is a little drama before show time, when Ashlee’s dad wants to cut out a guitar solo that Ashlee’s band has. Jessica arrives to help Ashlee prepare, and Nick arrives a little while later. People then start piling into the theatre, and later Ashlee heads out to perform. The show goes great, and Ashlee says she wasn’t nervous to sing a couple of her song acoustically. Ashlee tells us that putting on a show is a pretty amazing feeling, and it is amazing how far she has come from when she first signed her record contract. Ashlee says she doesn’t regret anything that has happened this year, and is grateful for all the opportunities she has received.
