TBS, television's "very funny" network, presents the ultimate guy challenge in an outrageous new reality series He's A Lady, with Episode 2 airing Tuesday, Oct. 26, at 10 p.m. (ET/PT). He's A Lady, from Evolution Film & Tape, Inc. (Switched!, Bands Reunited) and Full Circle Entertainment (The Club), takes unsuspecting men on a wild adventure as they walk a mile in their wives or girlfriends' shoes by undergoing a complete feminine makeover. The series, hosted by Tony Frassrand (House Detective), combines fish-out-of-water comedy in a hilarious and heartwarming quest for a quarter-million dollars.

The challenge for the guys in Episode 2 is facing the public as ladies. Still recovering from the shock of the transformations the day before, they settle into the Doll House, a super modern, feminine biosphere similar to the inside of the I Dream of Jeannie bottle. For their first challenge, the guys are put through "lady boot camp," where they learn feminine behavior, applying make-up and picking out their own clothes.

Then it's off to Universal City Walk, where the contestant who convinces the most passers-by that he is a lady wins the Dude Pass, while the other guys must endure a sexual intimacy workshop. The episode ends with judges Morgan Fairchild (The Seduction), John Salley (The Best Damn Sports Show Period) and Debbie Matenopoulos (Good Day Live) eliminating one contestant based on his performance over the past few days.

Evolution Film & Tape, Inc., producers of the premiere seasons of Fear Factor and Big Brother, is a full-service creative team and production company known for innovative and diverse reality programming. Established in 1987, Evolution is currently producing for a broad list of outlets including VH1's Bands Reunited, ABC Family's teen reality hit, Switched!, TLC's Clean Sweep, and Animal Planet's King of the Jungle. Evolution's critically acclaimed docu-soaps include Bug Juice, Totally Hoops, Totally in Tune for Disney Channel and Bravo's hit series Gay Weddings and Boy Meets Boy.

Full Circle Entertainment was launched with the hiring of Robert Riesenberg in February 2004 to develop and produce quality programming that has strong viewer appeal, while providing an ideal environment and marketing platforms for major sponsors. The company produced such television series and movies as The Restaurant, House Rules, Young Americans, The Winning Season, Miss Lettie and Me and Bojangles, and created the highly-regarded movie franchises Chrysler Showcase Theater and Johnson & Johnson Spotlight Presentation. Full Circle Entertainment is part of Omnicom Media Group, the media services division of Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE), which also includes media agencies OMD Worldwide and the PHD Network, as well as ICON International, Novus Print Media and DaVinci Selectwork.

TBS is television's "very funny" network, serving as home to such hot contemporary comedies as Sex and the City, Everybody Loves Raymond, Family Guy, Seinfeld and Friends; high-profile original reality series, such as the upcoming He's a Lady and The Mansion; blockbuster movies; and hosted movie showcases.
